Final evaluation
It is performed at the end of the project cycle. It is an overall evaluation of programmatic, managerial and financial issues enacted by the culture of reporting. The final evaluation should be performed, as far as possible, by an independent party to report on tangible impact induced by the whole project. This phase is critical since the evaluators have to set down the findings and to split them into operational recommendations that could be included in a strategic plan to advocate funds-rising accordingly.
